What We Do

The Historic Architecture Protection Society (or HAPS for short) specializes in locating, documenting, protecting, and supporting building restorations or re-purposing. There are historical buildings all over Kansas City that are often forgotten and lost to the urban community and sometimes their history is destroyed by vandals and other problematic individuals. To protect these locations, we offer graffiti and trash removal, and basic maintenance like grass trimming and boarding up areas.
